Privacy Policy

What we collect

• • Account details: name, display name, email, mobile number, date of birth, password (stored only as a secure hash).
• • Profile details: city, state, area, nationality, bio, languages, interests, activities, personality, photo, rates and availability.
• • Activity data: chat requests, messages, reviews, favorites, reports, blocks and notifications.

What other members can see

• • Your display name, age (never your exact date of birth), city/area/state, nationality, bio, languages, interests, activities, personality, photo, rate, availability, rating and reviews.
• • Your email, mobile number, full name and date of birth are never shown publicly.

What we never do

• • We never sell your personal information.
• • We never share your email, phone number or exact address with other members.
• • We never ask for your password, OTP, bank details or government ID by email or chat.

Messages

Chats are private text conversations between two members. Automated moderation scans messages for prohibited content to keep the community safe; flagged content may be reviewed by our safety team.

Photos

Profile photos you upload are stored securely and shown on your public profile. You can remove your photo at any time from Edit Profile, and it stops being displayed immediately.

Reports, blocks and bans

Reports are confidential — the reported member never learns who reported them. Blocked members cannot see or contact you. Safety-related records may be retained to enforce our rules.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account from Settings at any time. Deletion removes your profile, chats, messages, reviews, favorites, reports and uploaded photos from the platform.

Data security & backups

Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes. The platform keeps encrypted-at-rest database storage and daily backups for disaster recovery, retained for up to 7 days.
