About Buddly

Buddly is a social companionship platform for adults aged 18 years and above. The platform allows users to discover and communicate with companions for lawful social activities such as: parties, concerts, garba/festivals, movies, dinner, cafes, shopping, sports, weddings, college events, travel/day trips, city outings, and other lawful social activities.

Buddly is a social companionship platform and is not a dating, escort, prostitution, or adult-services platform.

Eligibility

To use Buddly:

• • You must be 18 years or older.
• • You must provide accurate information.
• • You must not create an account using someone else's identity.
• • You must not misrepresent your age.
• • You must follow these Terms, Community Guidelines and Safety Rules.

Account

You are responsible for:

• • Keeping your login details secure.
• • Providing accurate information.
• • Keeping your profile information up to date.
• • All activity performed through your account.

If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact Buddly support.

Profiles

Users must provide truthful information. You must not:

• • Create fake profiles.
• • Impersonate another person.
• • Use another person's photograph without permission.
• • Misrepresent your age, identity or qualifications.
• • Upload illegal or prohibited content.

Buddly may remove profiles that violate these rules.

Companion Rates

Companions may display their own rates for lawful companionship activities. For example: ₹500/hour, ₹1,500 for 3 hours, ₹2,000/event.

The companion and customer should agree on the activity, duration and rate before the event. Rates must not be used to advertise or arrange:

• • Sexual services
• • Prostitution
• • Illegal activities
• • Drugs
• • Other prohibited activities

Payment

Buddly does not process payments. There is no Stripe, Razorpay, UPI payment system, PayPal, wallet, escrow, platform commission, or subscription payment.

If a customer agrees to pay a companion for a lawful companionship activity, the payment is made directly between the customer and companion after the agreed activity/event.

Buddly does not:

• • Collect the money.
• • Hold the money.
• • Transfer the money.
• • Guarantee payment.
• • Set the companion's rate.
• • Charge a commission.

Users are responsible for discussing and agreeing on the rate before the activity.

Chat

Buddly provides private text communication between users. Users must not use chat for:

• • Harassment
• • Threats
• • Blackmail
• • Fraud
• • Scams
• • Sexual solicitation
• • Illegal activities
• • Sharing private information without consent

Buddly may take action against accounts that violate these rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• • Sexual services or prostitution
• • Sexual solicitation
• • Sexual exploitation
• • Any sexual activity involving minors
• • Harassment
• • Stalking
• • Threats
• • Violence
• • Blackmail
• • Fraud or scams
• • Drug transactions
• • Illegal activities
• • Impersonation
• • Doxxing
• • Hate-based abuse
• • Sharing private information without consent

Offline Meetings

Users are responsible for making their own decisions regarding offline meetings. Buddly recommends that users:

• • Meet in public places.
• • Tell a trusted person about the meeting.
• • Keep control of their own transportation.
• • Avoid sharing unnecessary personal information.
• • Leave immediately if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

Buddly does not guarantee the identity, behavior or safety of another user.

Reporting

Users can report another user for:

• • Fake profile
• • Harassment
• • Threats
• • Scam/fraud
• • Sexual solicitation
• • Inappropriate behavior
• • Underage user
• • Illegal activity
• • Spam
• • Other safety concerns

Buddly may investigate reports and take appropriate action.

Blocking

Users can block other users. After blocking, the blocked user should not be able to:

• • Send chat requests.
• • Send messages.
• • Contact the blocking user through Buddly.

Reviews

Reviews must be based on genuine interactions. Users must not:

• • Create fake reviews.
• • Threaten someone for a good review.
• • Post abusive reviews.
• • Share private information in reviews.
• • Manipulate ratings.

Buddly may remove reviews that violate these rules.

Account Suspension or Ban

Buddly may:

• • Remove content.
• • Warn a user.
• • Temporarily suspend an account.
• • Permanently ban an account.

This may happen when a user violates the Terms, Community Guidelines, Safety Rules or applicable law.

Privacy

Buddly will handle personal information according to its Privacy Policy. Users should not publicly share sensitive information such as:

• • Passwords
• • OTPs
• • Bank details
• • Government ID
• • Home address
• • Private phone number

No Guarantee

Buddly provides a platform for users to connect. We do not guarantee:

• • That a particular companion will accept a request.
• • That an event will occur.
• • That a user will attend an agreed activity.
• • The behavior of another user.
• • The safety of an offline meeting.
• • Payment between users.

Changes to the Service

Buddly may add, remove or change features and may update these Terms when necessary. Users will be informed of important changes where appropriate.

By creating an account, you confirm that:
